There are times I have resented people giving me constructive cristitm and that wuld ride me to do better and become more,
sometimes they were helpful and kind and other times they have been difficult, have you resented this in your life when people would push you hard, or did it make you a greatful better person?

They are probably pushing you because they know you can do better. If they beleive in you, they are probably wanting the best for you.

Look within your heart and ask yourself if you gave 100% of yourself to the task. If you did, you should not feel ashamed. If you didn't, then it is up to them to push you.

Overall, the people who push you ultimately make you a better person. What they are also doing is helping you reach your full potential.

I used to hate that! I was very insecure, and even helpful advice I just couldn't stand. God guided me to the right people and by His grace I've grown a lot more confident, not so much in myself but in Him. Now I appreciate it when someone sets me straight if I'm wrong about something, or if someone sees something I could improve on. It lets me get rid of mistakes and move forward.
