Lotsa good herb in Van. Depending where you shop, there's often over a dozen varieties to choose among -- sativa, indica, indoor, outdoor. Expect to pay up to $100 (Cdn) for a decent ounce of bud, less for shake or ditchweed.
It's way easy to get. And if by "tolerance" you mean whether you'll get busted, well, it's not Holland. But hardly any cops waste time on personal possession of a few ounces.

I bet you could get a great set of pots in Vancouver for under $100.00. Throw in another $10.00 and you might even get a frying pan.

50 $ For a quarter oz.
150$ for 1 oz.
Easy to get, on the street corner, even in 10$ amounts.
Very relaxed attitude.- smoke in the street.
