Yes. If it spent more time trying to find the "dryness" that it has inside itself, it wouldn't make everything else wet. It just needs therapy, and some time think.

You can only assert the description of "wet" to something that would otherwise be "dry". Water is water, not wet. Water can make something else wet, but not itself.
