Actually - I thought I remember something being developed a few years back. There's probably a script floating around some where.
But to be successful they would have to do it a little more seriously, with the right balance of wit, because the show itself (especially towards the end) got campy and cheesy (I know it was pretty much that way the whole run, but I liked it as a kid.)
The biggest challenge would have to be casting and finding the right actors (and those that would be willing to take a career risk). They'd probably have dole out some serious cash to secure at least a couple big name to draw in audiences.

Stephen J. Cannell hasn't released the rights to it yet. He may not. There's discussions on who would be the best cast & no one agrees on who's to play whom.
Let's just hope it's not another lousy movie like Dukes of Hazzard was or worse yet Miami Vice.
