its called a hydroseal leak in your urethra, its pretty common, but you could need very minor surgery to correct it- so you should have it looked at , good luck!
(kegels will NOT help it)

Very likely a combination of factors. One factor is that your bladder is not emptying completely the first time. The other may be a weakening of the sphincter that controls the urine flow from your urethra (yes, you have a sphincter there, too). This can sometimes happen with women who have had children by a vaginal delivery. It's not unusual, but it is something that can be treated by both surgical and non-surgical methods.

weak pelvic floor muscles probably... you need to do kegels
surgery would be a last resort
and yeah, it does happen to guys too, mainly after I've had an orgasm and my muscles are jello
