i want to recover my data , my hard drive at first it was in fat 32 i formated and converted it in to ntfs and loaded xp on it now i want to recover data which was in fat 32 , kindly help me

There are programs out there to help recover data but unless you know what you're doing the way to recover it is extremely confusing. So it you have to ask this question I would suggest you take it to a professional data recovery specialist.

i havnt heard about the recovery of formated data from FAT32 file system
for ntfs there is a 3rd party software called ntfs recovery which can recover the formated data from the ntfs partition
but sorry for FAT32.

Did you do a backup before you formated? If you backed up your system then you can restore the files you are looking for, otherwise you might check out here www.pctools.com they might have a file restore program as a free download or here too www.tucows.com
