If there are birds that can repeat human dialogue,who's to say ther are no birds thatcan carry a conversation?

They mimic, they do not understand. The IQ of a bird is not nearly sufficient to understand speech just mimic. Even though birds are highly intelligent creatures, they are still the same organisms that run into windows and hit car windshields.

A bird's brain is far less complex than a mammal's brain. They can't understand us, they are only learning the sound of a word and repeating it. The closest that we have ever come to actually communicating with another species is with Gorillas, who can be taught sign language, although they cannot speak to us the way we can to one another.

birds are like toddlers starting to talk, they mimic but do not understand the meaning of the words they are saying, you teach a bird to swear they repeat it, they don't know that it's a swear word, same as a child difference is a child learns

Birds sing and call to each other. Of course the meaning of these calls are very simple such as "I am hungry" or "Get out of my territory" or "I'm looking for a good looking mate." Whether you wish to think of bird songs and calls to each other as conversations or not is up to you.

agreed. they are mimicing us.
however, i believe that some animals (such as dogs and monkeys) are intelligent enough to understand what we are saying when they get used to hearing humans talk and seeing our resulting actions and attitude.
but it has been proven that those animals lack the voicebox to talk like humans, therefore all they can do is bark and screech.

Who said that? There's no reason we can't one day figure a way to communicate with animals.

all animals can do it. but most people can't hear them because they don't just let the magic happen. they try to explain it then they start thinking too much and can't hear the animals.
