it depends...if he is covered with surgery than thats a turn off because it isnt the real him...but if he got 1 or 2 things done that would be just fine

You shouldn't worry about what others will think of you as a way to decide if surgery is a good option for you. Only do what would make you happy....forget everyone else. If a girl thought that your choice to have surgery was a turn off then she isn't someone you want to be spending time with.

If you can't tell and it wasn't some petty vain thing, like a chin job to make it more profound then it's not a problem I guess. I don't want plastic surgery but if he doesn't look totally deformed then there is nothing wrong with it. If he needed it for some medical reason then that's beyond anyones control. I guess it depends on the reason and what he had done.

ok. everybody is acquainted with that each actress or maybe actors have plastic surgical operation. some are greater blatant than others. maximum folk are not searching for a celebrity-kind to be with. some everybody is commencing to have a faux concept of what a female particularly feels like with out implants, face artwork, and so on. although, diverse adult males like a organic looking female. i'm one in all them. You sound slightly offended on your question...don't be disheartened approximately contemporary "elegance"standards. no longer everybody buys into them.
