why indian team selection cannot take all rounders?

The Indian selection board has selected many all rounders
Irfan Pathan is one of them
Raina is another
Agarkar is one more all rounder

But lack of Infrastructure In India does not allow them to exploit their hidden potential

So they fail to become established maestros like Kallis
For Example..
When Pathan focussed on batting, his bowling suffered and that is why he is out of the team!

You need to pick up team looking for overall balance.
You need 6 batsmen, 1 wk, 1 or 2 allrounders and 3 or 4 bowlers. Hence the selection be accordingly done.
Besides, where do you find players like Kallis. Kallis is one sort of player, which is difficult to find. WHere India will find from its current players, a player like Kallis.

Firstly as someone said you cannot have only all rounders. specialist batsmen and bowlers are required.
Secondly India does not have anyone worth calling an allrounder.
Even Pathan does not have the consistency in his batting and bowling to call him an allrounder. Its an insult to the greats like Pollock, Kallis and Symonds. And in what way is Raina an allrounder ?
and the infrastructure problems not only affect all rounders but also bowlers, batsmen and wicketies.
infrastructure does not make great players, talent does.
Infrastructure only makes them better.

indian selectors selected many allrounders in the past. but almost all of them failed to perform. this made indian selectors to focus on specialists.
we currently have many potential all rounders like sachin, sehwag, ganguly, agarker etc. but they are not getting opportunities.

for example, sachin is a decent bowler. but he didnt get opportunity to bowl every game. like the case of sehwag, agarker and sourav.
This is the reason why all rounders are not there in indian team.

We cannot compare our player to others like Kallis,Symonds,etc...
our player had a negative point that they are all-rounder in cricket and some other things also,So they cannot concentrate any one field.

because they believe in people like shewag...they only the concept tht in a team there is only a batsman,bowler an dwk. inthe team all rounders are made out of them..they wont take all rounder they will focus like this.
