He can be, its a possibility. He has a great arm and is very talented by probably wont be drafted until the second day. But if he goes to a team without a strong quarterback and is given a shot at starting in the near future he could be a solid nfl quarterback, not a championship quarterback like he was in college, but coming out of high school he was the #1 rated quarterback and is a better actual QB than many of the other players rated ahead of him.

Starter? Doesn't seem like it: his size and arm aren't really up to NFL starting standards. However, they said that about Drew Brees also.
Which team? He's in the draft so, for the first few years, at least, whichever team drafts him.

No there is more than one reason to why he will not start. He is too short and he makes bad decisions in clutch situations. Florida would have been undefeated and undisputed if he would have made a few better decisions against Auburn. He gets rattled too easily. But to that guy who said don't draft a Florida QB, one is pretty close to winning a super bowl so I wouldn't quite go that far.

Let us see who picks him up in the draft first. Hard to say unless he is drafted onto a team. San Fran might be looking.

I don't think he'll ever be a starter. He's too short for the NFL. Troy Smith will have the same problem as Leak.
