I want to make my personal blog but did not know how, Please help! show me how to make one.

You can download XAMP and do a wordpress blog on a home server
go to www.portforward.com for port forwarding on router
Or go to http://www.wordpress.com (or org, i'm not sure) and get a blog there that's http://yourname.wordpress.com/

You can simply create a blog for free from http://www.blogger.com/, http://www.wordpress.com/ or http://www.blogdrive.com/ There are also a lot of less famous blog sites.
A few commercial ones include TypePad.
If you want to host a weblog on your own, you can download WordPress http://www.wordpress.org/ and configure blogging in your own webserver. This is in PHP. You can also check out http://www.communityserver.org/ for blog software in ASP.NET

blogspot, and visit other's blog. you will need to take plenty of pics to make ur blog interesting. a picture says a thousands words! have fun!
