I recycle certain things. Mostly it's plastic bags and aluminum cans.

I used to recycle, then I didn't for a few years, now I recycle again. NYC kept changing around the things you could recycle for awhile and I never knew what was going on so I just threw it all away. Now I recycle all glass, most plastic and cans. It's actually better for me to recycle all the bottles because they take up so much space in the garbage can. I'd rather take out a small bag of recycling every few days than huge bags of garbage. I don't collect too much paper so I don't recycle it.
I live in an apartment building and they have all the different cans outside the building so it's easy.

I am a bad person, I chuck it all. I used to recycle then it became too much of a hassle to find a recycling place so i just trash it all now.

properly, they are all recycled in our dwelling house regardless of what they are created from. So out of interest, how green friendly are the reusable bags to create them and eliminate them while they finally rip, as they do. particularly, as quickly as I save I regularly have the save %. cardboard packing bins interior the backside of the cart, then take the packing bins from cart to the dwelling house. they are used many many situations in the previous they finally circulate into the recycle bin. I additionally love the extensive Ikea bags and take them from side to side to the food market. i'm getting a grimy seem in the two dealer Joe's and finished ingredients if i do no longer convey in my own bins.

I chuck everything...I'm not having 10 trash cans sittin in my house for each little thing... =-)
