regarding the below answer: i may be mistaken, but i believe that myspace maps tracks from the city, state that's listed on the person's myspace profile, not where they log from.

Many people say this is fake but there are some very complex programs that you can get but most of the time you must pay for these programs b/c they are sold through the internet or if it is a very complex program you must actually create the program it gives you a couple of files but you must create it mine was an Ip Tracker therefore, i can see an ip and ... i'm not really sure what all i can do with the ip but i know somethings that i can do to identify the person but this stuff gets very complicated to just explain over the internet

You have to pay for the only good ones, and they are very hard to find.
The problem with the free ones, ex. Myspace Maps, is that it shows where you connect from. Somebody could live in one town, and it could show up in a different state, if that is where they connect from, and if they are near a border.
I would suggest not using one, because they are unreliable, but if you really need to, you may need to do some reasearch, because nobody here will spend 10 hours trying to find a program, you may even need to make one.
