Do we need 60% as a minium cut off in s/w?
its becoming a headache that only people with 60% should be in s/w.. wat abt the rest who has talents and secured minimum marks. should their talents be wasted like this. there are situations like a boy is not intersed in other subjects (i.E) other than language papers. so he would have secured low percentage. but he is good in language papers.. he is cabale of coding.

I know several brilliant candidates have lost their opportunity because of a blind system which is not uniform nationwide. Testing criterion depends upon the university and you can not compare one with the other.

how can anyone have talents and low marks at a time.
that is a drawback of not having marks.
i think the cut off should be atleast 75%.
cutoff is there in almost all fields.
the HR will feel from the marks, how much hardworking the person is. ISn't it.
