Cinnamon... very interesting. There are teas specially made to control blood sugar, such as Yogi Tea Fasting. I drink this with the Ginkgo IQ tea before heading of to school...
I'm also taking a high potency B vitamin, and regularly partake in the Kava drink. I find it a soothing alternative to drinking alcohol.

My favorite multivitamin is Costco's "Performance" multi. It has a plethora of vitamins, minerals, and herbs. Yes, I have heard that cinnamon is good to control blood sugar. Some healthfood stores even sell it in capsules for this purpose.

I've heard it - and I would say that it depends on the degree of sugar control that was needed if someone were to ask if they should try it.
I take CoQ10 and Cranberry along with a multiple vitamin.
I wrote a thesis on fish oil - but as luck (or irony) would have it, I cant take it because I'm allergic! But I'll tell ya - boy I wish I could

I used to take cinnamon until I found out I was allergic to it and that wasn't hard considering my face broke out in hives and an ugly yellow rash that lasted for weeks.
Yes I've heard it was good for blood sugar levels- that's why I ATTEMPTED to take it.
I take a multi and fish oil.
I used to take magnesium until I found out I was allergic to it and that wasn't hard considering my face broke out in hives and an ugly yellow rash that lasted for weeks.
Yeah, I'm allergic to a lot of stuff.
I take the multi for obvious reasons, and the fish oil to help me stay happy =)
