too many variables...
yes, you could be pregnant...not likely, but women with IUD's can get pregnant...
could you have dislodged your IUD and spotting from that...
have you recently had intercourse and could his penis (or other instrument) while thrusting have dislodged your IUD?
spotting could be implantation bleeding from a fertalised ovum attaching to the endometrium
spotting could be just that and not to worry...
wait 7 days after when your period shoudl have started, and use the first morning specimen of your urine to check the test (that is when the HCG is most concentrated) and try the HPT.
good luck
it still may be a wise idea to have your partner wear a comdom for protection (not just from pregnancy, but STD's as well)

Hey hey calm down..you may be late for other reasons..if the results are coming back neg then go to the doctor and get a blood test that way you will know for sure..by the sounds of it you very well could be..try not to smoke too much if you have to..I loved being pregnant but was sick all the time for my first one..all I could eat was popcorn and skim milk..but by my fourth one I could eat anything lol nothing bothered me..I hope everything works out for you..

Go to the doctor and get a blood test. But don't tell anyone until the doctors confirms 99.99% that you are or aren't. It adds stress to have to keep going back and forth with the results. If you're not pregnant, it may be time to try a different type of birth control. Things happen with your body for a reason, usually your body is giving you signs.

I'm praying for you.

First of all, don't panic! The human body is a complicated thing! If I were you I would make an appointment with an OB/GYN. That's a doctor that specializes in women's health concerns. You can look for a DR online, or through your health insurance organization. If you don't have insurance, check online for a clinic that you could go to. I listed a couple below. Good luck!

I know how you feel. Try to get some sleep and see what happens tomorrow. Stay positive and go to CVS and buy a pregnancy test. Don't be embarassed about that beacaue the people at the register won't think any less of you beause they don't know you. Good luck girl.

Take a test and see what it says. If you don't start by Monday go to the doctor.
