My friend lives 1,800 miles away but yet tries to tell me about the laws and rules in my state and they don't have a clue about what I'm dealing with. They won't listen to me and only want to tell me what to do! What do I do to keep my "friend"?

The best thing that you can do for yourself is to not ask them what do they think. Just listen to what they have to say. Once your friend finishes talking, let that person know that they don't listen to you when you want to say something and that you don't appreciate it. Friends listen to what other people have to say, not preach to them about certain things and expect you to listen to them. If all doesn't go well, don't even bother wasting your time being friends with someone who will not listen to you, especially when they live 1,800 miles away. I hope my advice helps. Good luck.

If it were me, I'd tell my friend, "I agree with you, but what I'm going through is different." I had this problem before, and I kept my friend. He still lives in Georgia but he doesn't like it over here cause of the laws and totally understands what I feel about them.

just tell her that she has no idea because she doesn't er...live in the state? yeah that's a good reason. don't make such a big deal out of it. and tell her that her state isn't allowed to drink orange juice. psh...everybody knows that.

If he is a boy, write a letter to his parents that he made you pregnant. Let's see how his parents re-act.
If she is a girl, tell her that you have a friend who is very handsome and he is inviting her for a party.
