Most addictive thing in my life! It's because it looks so easy - like the games at a carnival, you think you can do, but . . . . . . . !

Golf isnt addictive.It is the getting away from the wife,drinking and hanging with buddies in which golf involves that is addictive.

The fact that it's hard. I never fully enjoy things that come easily.
The booze, also. I mean you can go out there and get hammered AND drive a cart. The beer girls are nice, too. Sheesh, I suck at golf, don't want to get any better, but love to play. What a rad game.

1. it's perfectly acceptable to drink and drive
2. you can throw a temper tantrum, and nobody says a dammm thing about it
3. you can beat the sh!t outa that ball to ease your tensions... hit that SOB as hard as you can!
4.you can go pee outdoors, and frequently.
5 regardless of how many %#@*^$& strokes it took, you DID finally get the ball in the hole.
6. on your worst day of golf you can always say." i hit two fine-@ss balls today, when i stepped on that sand rake!"

I sure don't know. It holds no fascination for me especially golf on TV. Yawn!!

It is like life with its ups and downs. "Drive for Show, Put for Dough". When it's over - count up your score - "Read 'em & Weep". But you can always improve.

Well, if it's any thing like shooting pool, it just feels so good getting that ball in the hole. I could shoot pool for hours.
