I'm with the person who said Barney is on acid. Let's face it. Anyone who's going to wear a suit that has bright colors which would obviously make him trip good if he looked in the mirror has to be on something. The whole "love" theme song or whatever he sings is decidedly creepy too and not normal. It wouldn't surprise me if the guy who is inside that Barney suit is some sort of drug kingpin. He's definitely on something.
