Players of all levels play there, but the cool thing for me is that several world champions and several dozen world class players play there exclusively...and you can watch their games.
You download a program called Wordbiz, and you're ready to go.
Your last ten games are saved automatically, and you can review them turn by turn later if you want. You can set which dictionary you want to use, what challenge mode (single, double, or void) to use for phony words, what level of opponents you want to play, etc etc etc. Very customizable.
PS...I would tend to defer to the world's best players when claiming what the "best" site for Scrabble is...and they do not play at games.com, or at yahoo literati, or scrabulous.

Scrabulous is the best site...I play Scrabble with my fmaily and friends everyday. Check it out at http://www.scrabulous.com
At Scrabulous you can play Scrabble with real people, robots and even solitaire. So it's really cool!
