how much does it cost?
and will it eventually run out of ip addreses to use (after you get banned that many times) and you are back where you started?
anybody else out there who worships their own privacy could tell me please? (by the way, not doing anything wrong, just dont like giving personal info out in sign up process)

Software is ALWAYS FREE if you know where to look. You want what is called a PROXY SERVER! I could explain it but I learnt on my own and You'll learn more if you do it alone.
Do an Internet search PROXY SERVER(S).
It means it goes in front of you and you hide behind the proxy, but be warned some of them are useless. I used to use them for downloading multiple files from a server with bandwidth restrictions. Technically not illegal...just very selfish :D
