Injuries not withstanding.
These would be my choices:

Western Conference: Dirk Nowitzki, Kobe Bryant, Steve Nash, Tim Duncan,
Yao Ming, Kevin Garnett, Allen Iverson, Carlos Boozer, Ray Allen, Shawn Marion, Tony Parker, Tracy McGrady.

Near misses: Zach Randolph, Josh Howard, Mehmet Okur, Chris Paul, Deron Williams, Kevin Martin, and Carmelo Anthony (I think the 15 game suspension should cost him).

Eastern Conference: Dwight Howard, Chauncey Billups, Lebron James, Dwayne Wade, Gilbert Arenas, Vince Carter, Chris Bosh, Jermaine O'Neal, Paul Pierce, Jason Kidd, Joe Johnson, Michael Redd.

Near misses: Ben Gordon, Rip Hamilton, Tayshaun Prince, Rasheed Wallace,Emeka Okafor, Caron Butler.

Your picks??

East: Butler deserves it, Okafor does too. And I think that although Johnson is a valid candidate, Butler contributes more, and Okafor will be snubbed. Besides that, I think its a pretty good lineup. If only the east had better big men...
Starters: C Howard
PF Bosh
SF James
SG Wade
PG Arenas
First 3 off the Bench: Pierce, Kidd, O'neal

West: Most of these guys are perennial all stars, and Boozer is having a great year. Allen, his numbers are career, and are sky-high, have you seen his stats lately? Crazy, like a follow-up to Arenas. However, I think Okur has been solid, if only the West were not so loaded.

Starting Lineup: C Duncan (due to injuries)
PF Garnett
SF McGrady
SG Bryant
PG Nash
First three off the bench: Allen, Nowitzki, and Marion

And as usual, the West will kick A$$

To GQSmooth: WHAT DAVID LEE!? Yeah I know he's averaging a double double but its only 10.7 and 10.4...

East:
PG-Gilbert Arenas ( best scorer this year)
SG-Dwyane Wade (one of the best players in the nba)
SF-LeBron James (arguable the best in the nba)
PF-Emeka Okafor or Chris Bosh (i just think its time for them to be on the all star team)
C-Dwight Howard (the best of the east)

West:
PG-Steve Nash (going for 3rd MVP)
SG-Kobe Bryant (great player obviously)
SF-Tracy Mcgrady (great player when not hurt)
PF-Dirk Nowitzki (MVP candidate)
C-Amare Stoudemire (yaos hurt)

nobody pays attention to the warriors and i dont blame you guys because theyve been bad for many years but dont sleep on baron davis he is putting up allstar numbers and is carrying this team by himself. i think baron deserves to be a backup to nash. i think baron should get the nod over parker and terry.

i think my list is almost the same except Okafor over Jermaine O'Neal, Hamilton over Billups and I would put David Lee just because Paul Pierce is injured
