is it illegal to post pornography without the consent of the person photographed?

im not the one posting. im concerned with an ex-boyfriend who is threatning to post it.

It is illegal. In order for it to be legal, the person being photographed has to sign a release form saying that its okay for the person who took the pictures to use the pictures how they see fit.

If the person did not sign a release form, and the other person posts the pictures without consent, then all the person has to do is get a court order requiring the other person to remove the pictures.

Without the form, it is considered an invasion of privacy.

That is grounds for a lawsuit as this is an invasion of the person`s privacy.
