Almost every *sign* of pregnancy is also a sign that your period is coming. This is due to the progesterone that increases during the second half of your cycle (luteal phase). I've had 2 babies and I still sometimes mistake PMS symtoms for possible early pregnancy symptoms!
The only sure sign is a positive pregnancy test. If your period is past due, pick one up at the drug store (heck, even Dollar Tree sells them) and take a test. If your period is not yet due, try to be patient while waiting to test.

I was..If your cramping directly before your period, then No.. But personally I cramp only the day OF when my period starts. Maybe its different for everybody. Take a test ;)

Oh my goodness yes! I thought for days that my period was coming. I had the worst cramps ever! I sat on the couch with a heating pad on my belly and it turned out I was pregnant. So DON'T put a heating pad on your belly because they say that is bad for the baby. (Although my daughter turned out okay...but she has a bit of an attitude problem....of course, that's just her age now.)
But yes, you could be pregnant and the cramps are from the expanding that the unterine walls are doing to accommodate the new life.

Not necessarily does it mean your pregnant. If there is a chance of you being pregnant wait until you miss a period than take a home test then to be sure make an appointment with a gynecologist

Absolutely not! You don't get out much, do you? No offense.
The cramping comes from the egg your body is getting rid of traveling out from your ovary, down the fallopian tubes.
