I also don't get whether you are referring to constipation or indigestion. For the constipation, just in case, try Fleets suppositories. Seems like a gross suggestion. But they, indeed, work. Just don't get into a habit of using them. Your body will become reliant on them if you do.
Indeigestion...yeah...you should get to a doctor asap. It is often indicative of other complications in your body. Or, hey...it may just be indigestion. Nevertheless...better to be safe than sorry. I can give you a little home remedy that I often use on my daughter that many swear by for a temporary solution. For indigestion or acid reflux, drink about 1/2 cup of white milk. You'll be surprised. It doesn't take much, but the relief goes a long way.
Hope ya get to feeling better.

Salim,
Regardless of any of the informal or ill informed suggestions you receive on this posting, please visit a health care professional for a proper diagnosis.
It is your life that you are playing with here!
Your indigestion could be anything from acid indigestion, Hernia, Cancer or just plain stress.
I urge you to seek medical advice for this as we all can only guess what you are going through, or what is wrong with your system.
It sounds like your problem is not indigestion but rather and lack of correct bowel function.
In any case, immediately go to seek medical help in whatever means you can.

A normal body takes 2-3 days before another bowel movement. If you eat to much fiber etc. you become irregular and constipated. Depends upon your age also. Eat prunes, drink grape juice, etc. If you do not like the taste , you can always add it to something that you do like. Example chocolate. Rather than taking a laxative. Drink lots of fluids to help flush your system. You can always buy a fleets enema from the drug store. If this happens again, you may need to see the doctor for a more serious situation. Good luck and try not to wait that long next time.

What you are experiencing is not indigestion but the lack of fiber in your diet. Start eating more foods from the fruit and vegetable group and things should begin to improve. Eating a great deal of red meat and fast foods is not good for the digestion of foods and moving them along the intestinal track. In order to have a good way of getting rid of waste products from the body eating fiber, having regular eating habits, lots of fruits and vegetables without over eating and avoiding junk foods is necessary. I also believe that alcoholic consumption should be limited despite what all of the magazines report as being good to have a drink a day. If you drink then for every drink consumed containing alcohol then drink one containing orange juice, water or milk. Treat your body well and it will treat you the same way. Abuse your body and expect abuse from it. It can be that simple. God created us with a free will and a perfect body, it is we who make the choices on how we should use those gifts. Good luck and good eating.

if you have failed to (go #2) that's one thing, you're constipated. The body becomes somewhat dehydrated at this point, drinking a lot of water (no soda) will help, also eat a lot of fiber,( apple juice, salad, fresh apples) stay away from the BRAT (bannanas, apple sauce, rice, toast) as this will create constipation. 2-3 days of constipation will not generally cause more than discomfort, the forementined measures will help relieve this naturally.
If you have not been urinating in 2 days, that can be serious & you should see a doctor right away.

Drink a latte! Seriously, the combination of the caffeine and the syrup does a wonder. Don't get a mocha, it only works with the flavored syrups, and I'd recommend at least a double shot. I'm not kidding. Try it. If it doesn't works all you're out is a $3 drink and you didn't have to stick anything up your rear end.

Whatever you do, do not take a tablespoon of baking soda with water. Taking this dose can cause serious stomach problems......your stomach can blow up. The dose you should take is 1/8 tsp or 1/4 tsp. with 8 oz glass of water. Taking 1 tsp raw apple cider and 1/8 tsp w/ 8 oz glass of water is also helpful for indigestion.

Constipation can be caused by a number of things. The mouth, tongue, esophagus, throat, intestines and, rectum are all one continuous tube. Your diet most often times is the culprit. A regimen of fruit, fiber and veggies coincided with at least 8 glasses of water per day should help. A non moving colon often times can develop cancer especially if your diet consists of foods that has been treated with pesticides and the like. The FDA won't warn you that organic foods is better for the health

My grandmother use to give me saltine crackers and ginger ale when I had indigestion as a child now I make myself an orange peel tea using one bag of tea and the peelings of one orange and add a pinch of cinnamon. If that doesnt work I drink a small cup of warm milk. That always works.

I have found that papaya enzymes work really well and quite quickly. These can be purchased in chewable tablet form which makes them easy to carry in a purse or suitcase. There is also no need for water as they are pleasant tasting and meant to be chewed. Papaya enzymes can be found in just about any pharmacy or natural foods store.
