I have a laptop I'm going to put 2gb of ram in it and I have a ATI Radon Xpress 200 video card.I have the same video card on in my desktop and it has more memory directed to it. (So better Graphics) Is there a way i can give my video card 64mb of memory instead of 32mb?

Most likely no, because most video cards have a set amount of memory to it. The only ones that can change like that are the ones that use shared memory, which also uses system memory, along with their dedicated memory, when needed and returns the shared memory when it's not in use. If your graphic card has 32MB, then it has 32MB, unless you get a new one.
