In the local trains, some People get into First Class, even though the prices are a far cry from the Second Class prices.
I mean, we pay a lot more for the same ticket, but then again, wouldn't it be wrong to abuse these people?

You have no beef with the people at all - it is not they who set the prices, nor who charged you the higher amount. That would be your transportation carrier's choice.

Besides, abuse is always wrong, isn't it?

Your complaint is not with the people who get to sit in first class even thought they did not purchase a first class ticket. Your complaint is with the train/plane or whatever mode of transportation it might be. I always fly coach, but I've been offered a bump into First Class on many occassions because they had available seats and I fly out of a small town airport where I know most of the people working the ticket counter. Now ask yourself, if you were flying coach and were offered a bump up to First Class, wouldn't you take it?

But, call the train company and complain. Tell them you'd like First Class to be reserved solely for First Class ticket holders, or you'd like a refund for the difference of First and Second class tickets.

well then you need to figure out what they are doing right and you are doing wrong...cause only one person is loosing out here and that would be you for paying too much.
No different than when the airline offers upgrades for $50 or so depending on the length of the flight.
