My website has been up for about 1.5 years. The site ranks well with MSN, Yahoo and Google. However, the site has NOT made any $$$ cause I have not had the time to sell ads or really promote the site.
That being said, the domain name has been appraised at leapfish.com for an Estimated Value: $16, 296.00
I'd like to sell the site for a reasonable offer. Any ideas?

16,296 seems like one hell of a reasonable offer for a website that doesn't make money yet!

go on godaddy.com...you can auction it there and people make money on it too.
