I have searched all over and had some claim that music rights are the big problem. You search EBay and people in Australia have sets to sell. What's the deal?

the set available from Australia are probably bootlegs riped from vhs tapes or recorded from a dvr but a website to check the status is tvshowsondvd.com

well, your country may not be the only one. many dvd series are available elsewhere but not in Singapore. one of the many reasons is censorship problem.
