a relationship or should I try while the whole baby thing goes on?I wasnt sure if a guy would be understanding of the whole thing

wait until after.
you don't need the stress of a relationship now anyway. just focus on the baby. not on what you should wear on a date, or something less important. and yeah..i don't think the guy would really understand. which would cause more stress and KABLAM. welcome to problem town.

i would wait it is only 9 months and you want to be safe for the baby sake and yours and your friends. here are some questions you should ask:(1)do you have someone in mind?(2) does your friend that you are having the baby for know this person?(3) and are they approving of that person because I'm sure your friend wants you to be extra cautious seems how she can't have a baby on her own she needs you to think for you ,her and the baby's safety.plus it will already be hard to give this baby up once it is born you shouldn't want to have someone else experience that pain, and trust me you will have pain i know i did and i know the baby isn't really yours and never will be but you are the one growing a little life inside you and going through all the changes it feels like the baby is yours but you are doing a wonderful thing and i am greatful for people like us that have the courage to help those we love have something so precious! god bless you and good luck! also-there are support groups out there to help in this whole process don't be ashamed to use them! this is a very emotional time for everyone involved! again good luck!!

That's a very difficult question to answer. I guess I would have to say that any guy you date you would want him to be understanding of your choices and your views.. and might even see it as something so kind. I know if someone was to do that for me, it would be one of the nicest gestures, you must be a great friend. Some men might think its a little weird, and you know how men are, especially when your getting to know them. It could be tough. I don't know how many months you are, but I guess if it was me, I would wait, unless something came along that was a great opportunity for me, I would NOT pass it up. And you can nix out going to a bar or a club, so your only options are the Internet and meeting through friends. That's probably better anyway. Hope I helped!

Well, I would think that if you meet someone that you are really interested in that it would be fine to start a relationship. As long as you explain the situation to him immediately. Besides, if you are the generous type of person who would do SUCH an AMAZING thing for a friend, you need to be with a man who understands that about you and will support you in that kind of thing. If he can't get it or thinks poorly of you, you don't need to waste your time on him.

I would wait if I were you. Having a baby for a friend is a huge deal and some guys might not understand.

It seems best to wait until this is done. You could have health issues and emotional issues, hormones could go wild. That isn't fair to a man to get involved with when you are having a child for another couple. Also, whatever happens to you happens to that baby-be kind and considerate of your own health and the child's.

I would wait until afterwards, bc it might freak the guy out just a little....unless, you find yourself a really mature and understanding, kind and sweet man who will not only understand the baby situation, but someone who will also respect it.

Are you just going to jump into any relationship or wait for the right one? Personally, I think you should wait till after the baby is born.

If I were you I wouldn't try to get into a relationship at this time. If it happens... it happens. I wouldn't reject a date because of it.. but I wouldn't go to bars buying strange men drinks ;) lol.
