Agreed, you should try to see if there is an online website for that book. Sometimes, publishers will have a website that will have more problem sets, but with step by step solutions. This may be something you have to pay a bit extra for, but it might be free. If you are having problems with chapters, and it's not the night before exam, just ask your teacher if he/she could set some time after school for tutoring or recommend a tutor from a nearby high school.

(if you want help on this kind of forum, general topics or maybe even a couple problems would work best. We don't have your textbook, and are even less willing to google it to get some broad idea of what you're talking about. Pin point your problems, at which step you're lost in your understanding, and then we can better help you then. The more specific the question, the better.
