I sent my computer tower to be repaired and when it came back the speakers didnt work.?

I tried 3 different sets, and got the same results. A lot of reverb and , well, it sounds like I am yelling down a long tunnel 'cuz everything echos and sounds hollow. So, what do you folks think? I know there are a lot of computer whiz kids out there, so someone PLEASE help, lol!! thanx so much all.

A stupid question on my part :

Did you point this out to the repair shop (or whomever you shipped it to) before trying to fix it yourself ?

I surely would stir a little you know what ....
