This is not an uncommon condition and does not greatly interfere with conception. However, positions that allow deepest penetration (from behind, for instance) give you a better chance of conceiving as long as the man ejaculates as deeply as possible. Often a tilted uterus will straiten out after a woman's first delivery.

You can still get pregnant, it is caring a baby that will become the issue. I know this because my mother had a tilted uterus when she was pregnant w/me. SHe almost misscarried me multiple times & was ultimatly put on bed rest, by the end of the first trimester the weight of the baby(me) caused her uterus to go into correct position. I would discuss options w/ your OB, however I believe complete bed rest in early pregnancy is still the resource used to correct. However you will have no problem concieving

The best position would be for you to put your legs around his neck while you guys are having sex. My sister in law had the same problem and the doctor told her about that position and sure nuff she got pregnant.

i dont know of a position but try to put your legs up and not go to the bathroom for at least 2 hours after intercourse. Me and my husband were trying to get pregnant and that worked for us

my mom has one and got preg. w/ me on the first try. also, once you get preg. the first time, your uterus often tips back to a "regular" position, and that is that.
