I'm a junior in highschool
our GPA runs on a 5.0 scale. First semster (which we jsut completed) i didnt too well. My unweighted GPA for the first semsterd turned out to be a 3.63. However if i do really good next semster and raise my gpa...do you think colleges will take that into consideration?

it depends on the college you want to go to. I recommend talking to your high school guidance counselor or contacting the college of your choice directly. Also, you should remember that colleges don't look just at GPA but also standardized test scores and activities. I'm sure if you work on your GPA, you'll be able to get into college somewhere.
