Cramps?

Yes. I get mild cramps for a few days before, so I know when it's coming. This is how most women tell actually. Also, your breasts will get sore, and you may feel moody.

I have noticed as time goes by that everything changes. I never used to cramp before I started, but in the last couple of years, I do start cramping a few days before. I am 27 now. No one is the same everybody has a different body and change at different paces or may not change at all in their cycle from one to the next. But if for some reason this worries you, talk about it with your doctor. Better safe than sorry, if you are worried.
