Well, about i a year a go seeing a girl naked or with underwear only, it use to always get "it" up automatically, but since a year ago once i see a naked girl, it just doesn't do anything, and then i see a half naked man, and the same thing happens when i use to see naked girls. What i'm really concerned about is how the hell did this f*cking happen? it just changed really fast.Did i turn suddenly gay? When i think about it, i STILL can love a woman, but that's all LOVE emotionally, if i wanted to make love with one how am i going to get it up, i really can't stand the fact that "it" gets it up to men but not women. I just don't feel the desire for sex with women anymore.I don't even wanna be intimate with a man like that, but once i just see a man u know half naked n all it just gets me all horny n sh*t. i can't see having the lifestyle that gay people have, i've always dreamt of u know all that family stuff, a wife n kids, n all. What happened? Is it possible that it will pass?

Your body is trying to tell you something.

Whether you want to admit it or not, I think you are gay, and you just don't want to acknowledge it.

No harm in testing the theory. Try sex with both, and see which one does more for you.

Heh, I like your last statement, sounds like what I was worried about when I was realizing I was gay.
Oops, that probably worried you a bit...Well, don't worry. From what you've described, it could be just a phase. You're 15 years old, you have raging hormones! What turns you on can change within minutes! If girls at one point turned you on and now they don't, then it might just be a phase.-Girls never turned me on, no matter how hard I tried.-So, from what you've said, it could be a phase. (After you've thread through the next paragraph (which I hope you do), keep reading, because there's a summary that will leave you less worried than if you just read part of the next paragraph and then left.)
Now, on the gay-reassuring side, you aren't really turning gay in a day. (Or at least that's not how my beliefs work.) Your true wants are just coming out. Don't worry, when I was realizing that I was gay, the whole no family thing really freaked me out too. Gay people can have families too. For the past few days, as a matter of fact, I've been day-dreaming about what I'd like my family to be like-that's with a husband, not a wife. Also, there isn't really a "gay lifestyle". There's no real difference between a realized gay guy, and who he was when he thought he was straight. I was fairly feminine when I thought I was straight, and I'm still that way now, no different.
ANYWAY, I'd say that you shouldn't worry. Just live each day and let whatever happen, happen. I've met a lot of guys that say that they didn't really know what sexuality they were until they tried both (some of these gay, some of these straight), so that might be something you might want to try. I'm not saying go out and have anal sex, just, if you want to see if you like doing things with guys, then yeah, or maybe you'll realize that you really don't like guys, and you ARE straight. The best thing would be to just see what happens, and don't worry too much about it.

There certainly is something harm in random sexual encounters to "test it out"...

And the notion that people choose what to be attracted to doesn't make any sense...

But then you don't exactly need to check and see if you're attracted to either--you can sort it out on your own easily enough, it just might take some time. It did for me.

As for this "gay lifestyle" stuff? It's ridiculous anyway. There is nothing about whether a person is attracted to the same/opposite sex or not that dictates how they live or how they love. The gay marriage issue actually proves that, really--if gay people really lived like people say they do, then we wouldn't care in the first place because none of us would get married if we could. As it stands, even without legal marriage there are plenty of homosexual couples who live as married--and there are plenty of straight couples who live every part of this "gay" lifestyle.

I'm assuming you're in your teens. A lot of crazy sh_t happens to your hormones when you're a teen so anything goes in terms of it being "sudden", but if you're getting aroused by naked men and not naked women, then you'd best be doing some serious thinking about your orientation.

Might I suggest working at Disneyland? You'll find out real quick just how straight or gay you really are. And, if you're female, you'll find out just how much of a gay man you really are inside...hahahaha

not knowing your age puts us at a dis-advantage. But if you are a teen, the hormonal changes in your body can cause mixed signals for a time and also as our culture has placed alot of attention on the homosexual lifestyle. The combination can also cause this.
Do not take the previous advice and act on it. Don't take any action to verify sporadic changes. Hold to your dreams of a future life and quit putting so much energy and focus on sex.

By the way people choose their sexual orientation just as people choose their sexual partners.......you don't just fall into bed with someone and you don't just become gay.

Its a choose, not a hidden trait that is just now exposing its self in your life.

Hope this helps

your postings says you have a higher comfort level asking gays this question than a straight area of yahoo answers..kewl

our bodies react to physical stimuli.....you might read up on puberty...guys get hard at anything in your age group....you will read in the media about guys putting their privates in anything...just to see if they get off....no human involved

the question i have is.....are these naked girls in magazines and movies....or are you experiencing problems with a live women...the reason i ask is that in person it is more than just visual....it is the smell and taste of your partner....all your senses come into play

so don't worry about it till you get naked with a female

as for the failure to get hard......if your frustrated over something...that can prevent you getting hard because if your worry about the problems you perceive....feeling unconfident can prevent the hard on......this seems more like a mind than physical...so get physical with a female........make out...see if your get a rise from the stimuli

best luck
Jon
