How can i help my partners fears and phobia to stop its driving me insane?
I want to relocate but partner is mentally ill and has many fears and phobias. I have a bit of cash. I would help by paying for almost everything. I would even pay for my partner not work for 45 days so they can get on their feet.
We've been together for 9yrs now and his phobias and fears are joke!! I feel like a prisoner in my own home.Trapped!!! I want to move away from this termite infested Apt!!!
Any suggestions much appreciated, i can't mentally take much more!
Thanks!

Literally, you have to do what you want. Youi cannot help. ONly that person can help themsleves with therpay , medication and behavioral modification. Just move, Partner will follow out of more fear than they now have.

Is your partner working with a therapist? Cognitive-behavioral work might help and there are a WIDE variety of medicines that can help as well (and many have been around for quite a while so they're cheap and many have very, very few side effects if any). Anxiety, phobias, etc. are VERY responsive to treatment.

For your sake, and his, see if you can get him some help. This is miserable for both of you.

If your partner has fears and phobias then he should get help for it. I know you don't want to but if it upsets you so much maybe you ccould say, Get help, or I'm gone. You can't take care of someone who won't take care of themselves.

Either dump him, or drag him into therapy. And where is his family? Are they in town, can they help? What exactly are you getting out of this relationship, anyway? I think you need to decide if it's worth all of this work.
