You can Mapquest it for the estimated driving time, but only do that if you're on a schedule and have to get there as soon as possible. You should give yourself at least a week, pack a tent, and drive a few hundred miles each day, stopping at anything and everything that looks interesting to you. This is likely a once in a lifetime opportunity, and you will regret it if you try to make the drive in two days with minimal stops. Enjoy the ride, the scenery, and hopefully the free time/freedom that comes with open highway.

Depends. Do you want to sightsee? Or are you just going to drive?
I have driven it a few times and I would say take your time and enjoy the trip. It is exquisite. So 2 - 3 - 4 days would make the trip worthwhile.
Otherwise if you need to go fast take I-5.
