You can increase your chances for medical school admission by doing extremely well on the SATs now, so that you can get into a very rigorous and well-respected college, with a proven advising system.

The med school prerequisites vary a good deal from med school to med school, but generally consist of 1 year of biology (with labs), 1 or 2 years of chemistry (including organic chem, with labs), 1 year of physics, 1 semester or 1 year of psychology, 1 or 2 years of English, and - sometimes- 1 semester or 1 year of calculus.
