65 yards is the longest ever made(in preseason by the broncos). i'm sure there's been a few crack-pots out there that have tried 70 yarders or so, good luck finding that info, though

it wasnt 63 because thats the longest ever made. its held by jason elam and tom dempsy. as for the longest ever tried i dont believe they keep that stat. but neil rackers of arizona was going to try a 75 yarder against the rams early in the 2006 season but a penelty was commited and lineahan didnt allow him to try the kick.

I think 63 yards by Joe Nedney when he was on the Titans and they were at home against the Jaguars in 2002. well, he missed it though
