So many people started emailing it when the band got big, so on a Q&A he informed everyone that he no longer had it and he's not giving it out anymore.
The only way you can reach Pete Wentz is to meet him, or mail a letter to his house.
But even if you did that, I'm sure you wouldn't get a response. Sorry.
