find a shop that carries BG products and get a can of 44K and pour it in the fuel tank and fill it with gas. run it till almost empty. this usually works to clean carbon deposits from valves and piston tops.

If it is carburated, hold the throttle about 1/2 open while the car is running and pour a quart of power steering fluid in the carb..Pour it at the rate of about a quart a minute,or just make sure it don't choke the motor off..It will smoke like crazy for about 10 minutes but it will run fine after-wards..

If it is injected, take the air hose off the air inlet and clean all inside of it with carb cleaner..You can do it with the car not running but then start the car and spray some in it with it running, making sure not to choke it off..

Check your plugs , wires. and coils. check the trouble codes. check the timing belt.

The use of power steering fluid ,trans.fluid and break fluids will wipe out your catalytic converter and your O2 sensors

Use Seafoam from a parts store. It will clean it and smoke up your whole neigborhood. All you do is start your car and start pouring it down the carb.
