place pieces of paper towel over the wax spot and heat your iron to about medium heat. Press the iron on the paper towel until the wax melts into it. repeat with new paper towels until there is no more wax spot on the towels....then at least the majority of the wax will be out of your carpet

The way that I have done it is the same as the previous answer.

Put paper towels over the wax and use an iron to heat the wax. The paper towel will soak up the wax and your carpet will be good as new after a few times.

Good luck.

Use a blow dryer (on warm placing) to soften the wax, then right now placed a paper towel over the candle wax to absord the melted wax. shop repeating the approach until eventually the wax has been lifted out of the carpet.

Let it dry - put an ice cube on the wax.
You will have to "flake off the wax" and keep moving the ice cube.
