Just tell your mother that you need to talk.
You: I think that i can talk to you about anything since you only think of my well being.. Am i correct?
Mom: Yes
You: Well, last year in september i did something that may upset you but i thought you should know. It was a one time thing, but i had sex.
Or you could not tell her, what she dont know wont hurt her. Unless your pregnant than she may need to know so she can be there for you or if u think you want to again and may need to have a talk with her about getting birth control. Hope this helps.

It's me again. . .
You would be surprised at your parents, I think. I mean while it is not every mom's dream to think of your baby girl naked with some guy. . . your parents were teenagers once too and probably did the same thing!!!
My 17 year old sister left a note somewhere where my dad found it and it said that she had sex. He showed my Mom. Then, my mom didn't even freak out. She just had a talk with my sister about being safe and all. And my mom and dad are pretty "traditional" parents who don't think sex before marriage is right. So, they were still cool about it.
I wish I could have talked with my mom then about it, but I was too scared. And now knowing how she reacted to my sister I probably could have told her and it would have been okay.
If you don't want her to know that you already have done it. Just say. . ."Hey mom, I want to talk to you before I make this decision. . . and I am trying to be responsible" And she will never know that you have done it already and she will think you are being very mature by talking about it first.
I am sure she already knows, like 90% of teens are having sex. . .

lol she could always just walk in on you.. thats what happened to my bf and i the other day... lol she jumped in and went "aare you guys doing the NASTY!!" OMG! it was so embarassing! hahah (im 19 though..) but it was extreemly embarassing..
i dont think your mom already knows. since it had only happened one time so far. it is up to you if you want to tell her. liek they say "what momma doesnt know wont hurt her" but it is a natural thing to do.. as long as you are using protection and everything1 just sit her down and talk with her about hit. how you feel about it.. who knows how she will take it though is she one of those moms who freak out a bout everything? (my mom is i wa shocked that she wasnt mad at me..) or is she understanding and wants to be more of a friend to you?? just think how she will react. and if you think a good way then tell her. and say you just want her to know.. if you think she wil act in a bad way then i wouldnt bother.. but you could be wrong! i was....
