Now that nearly everyone has a camera phone or video phone if they caught you doing something picking you nose, kissing, stumbling, arguing Do you think it is an invasion of privacy or fair game

This is an invasion of privacy. Imagine what would happen to you if you were to video tape the President of the United States picking his nose and you decided to broadcast it on the Internet, or how about a famous Hollywood actor or actress or rock star? This is not fair game. This is an unfair degradation of people who trust in a democratic society to provide fair and just human rights and freedoms. It's okay if you have their consent, like for humour and joking around, but it is not okay to put cameras and intrusive devices in peoples' personal space without their knowledge and liable their reputations! To legalize this kind of behaviour would cause the demoralization of society- and I am not surprised if it has already been done! Keep in mind, what comes around, goes around. If you were to do this to the wrong person and they were able to pinpoint it down to you, you had better start running!

Yeah, I'd be upset. The only time I think it's somewhat ok is if the person is breaking the law. Other than that, I'd be really pissed off. What if I was in the witness protection program or hiding from an abusive ex-husband and someone posted a video of me tripping over something on a NYC street. Then the world would know I was in NYC. If my face was blurred out or there was no way to know my identity then I wouldn't care so much. I'm not a celebrity. I'm not getting paid enough to give up my privacy.
