i watched a show on tv about a 2 years ago it was a contest for men to participate in and become a male chip n dale dancer in the end. If anyone could tell me the name of this reality show.

I don't recall a reality show like that, but there was a hilarious sketch on SNL with Patrick Swayze and Chris Farley about Chippendale dancers. Also, there was the great British movie "The Full Monty". Hope this helps :)

I thought MTV had something like that right after extreme dating, no wait that was extreme dating when the dating couple and the exs got near nekkid in the hot tub part of the date. Sure I'd watch it maybe I'd learn something and could pick up a second job for some ready cash. Just kidding.
