Is it possible to use cable for both of the tv's

Yes you could but you would get the same channel. I know on the old boxes one box per line. I heard on some of the newer boxes you are able to send the signals out but the TV will sort them out. But I do not have cable, but it was something i read some time ago.I know in the satellite dishes, you need a seperate box for each TV or split the cable but then you get same station for both TVs.

Using the channel 3, 4 coax cable yes, but you'll only be able to watch whichever channel the box is tuned to.
If you install the splitter in front of the box, you'll be able to tune to the analog channels separately on the second TV.

You can split the co-ax.,but you'll only get basic cable on the tv without the cable box.On some models you may have to go to the menu of the cable box then setup and turn RF Bypass to on.

yes.....it's the premium channels that wont work....just the basics.

cable wire__>__splitter___>__cable box___>__tv 1
.............................. |__>__tv2

This wont work on anything but regular cable....to be able to watch seperate channels.
