The law is going to be proposed. It is not in effect and the consensus is that in will never be. This is not Europe, where we trade off what is termed as " progressive ' against being effete.

I would imagine that the law, if passed, has wording that specifies the spanking of minors. I don't think that they law would directly impact the ADULT consensual spanking community. We already have enough trouble, anyway, with overagressive domestic abuse laws. I live in Florida, and they are a genuine fear.

of course the rule does not apply to "naughty" girls. only good girls cannot be spanked. they must be kissed.

California's law only applies to women who have never had and will never have a man in their life. All the other ones enjoy a good smack on the butt once in awhile from their b/f's
