Where can one find enemy spy satellites in the sky?

Please mention me some of the useful methods so that i shall use them to explore these hidden satellite for my Country's defense aid program.

People answered me very badly and worthlessly.
some of them discouraged me; join CIA, take your bed up the roof and keep gazing, ask from chinese, silly question time, Used google earth blah blah blah

it made me so much disapponited and sick. it sounds like that i am losting my will power.
well, at least, if one doesnt know anything about then can avoid to answer it!

I am sure some people "know a little about this thing", you should keep in your mind all the time "a little is more".

This time i only want from you, anwer me to the point and effective replies plzz. Take your time and use wat ever is available in the resources to come up with a right solution.
