This is a wedding anniversary trip (12 wonderful years) so we'd like something nice, but with a central strip location so we can walk where we want to go. We'd also like to find a wedding chapel where we can renew our vows. :)

Just back from Vegas....I am a travel agent so let me give you an expert opinion free of charge. The Mandalay bay is really nice but more expensive and at the end of the strip along with the Luxor. The center of it all is the Venetian..Harrahs is right next door.... DO NOT stay at the Monte Carlo they are building a new casino right next to it and they do construction all night long....wow that was a bad experience.....However I won a lot in their casino...

Well, central strip you arent going to find something cheap that isnt a Dump. Alladin is NOT one of the nicest. IP is older and not nearly as nice. If you want a nice trip, spend the little bit extra and get a nicer room. If you want to go when its cheap, try the fall. From Halloween to almost Christmas, you can get rooms really cheap. Just go to a few of the properties and look at the rate calendars. Mid week is always going to be your cheapest nights. You can forget Friday or Saturday being under $100 on the strip, and usually hard to find under $200 some nights.

Central strip I recommend Mirage, Treasure Island, Mente Carlo, Flamingo. If you really have to save money, IP or possibly Bally's. But again these are old and smokey and just all together I dont recommend them unless you dont care about your room accomidations.

It depends on what you budget is. Shoot me an e-mail with travel dates and where you would be flying from. Sometimes you can get better package deals and get a nicer hotel. I worked at Mirage, so Im partial to MGM properties. I lived in Vegas, and it doesnt matter where you stay, on or off the strip. If you are renting a car anyway, parking is free at all the casino's.

I'll be glad to put something together for you and help you plan a really good trip. Im not a travel agent, just worked for an airline and at a hotel, so travel is my specialty. My e-mail is mspain79@yahoo.com

This month I saw an incredible deal on TravelWorm.com. The Aladdin is one of the nicest resorts on the Strip and right in the heart of everything. They usually run around $189 a night, but since they are converting to Planet Hollywood they have been under construction for a year and lost a lot of traffic. They finished most of the major work and reopened the brand new casino and rooms. TravelWorm.com has them at only $49 bucks a night deal to drive traffic back there. That is the hottest deal around!

I only use TravelWorm.com. They specialize in Vegas, so I don't get to take advantage of there best stuff. I still get great deals all over the country. They are one of the only companies that actually has contracts with the Hotels direct. That is why they can discount them so low. The only other company I know of that was direct contracts is Expedia and they don't discount them at all unless the hotel makes them.

There is nothing cheap at the center strip, but the lowest price is probably Royale Casino, or I.P., down from the center maybe cheaper is Circus Circus, Srat, Sahara. Keep in mind those 3 are not center strip. Far south is Excalibur , Tropicana.
Anything else on the strip is newer and usually more expensive.
But the earlier you book the better chance of a low price.
Also constantly watch in-case price goes down, usually casino will honor lower price.
Please keep in mind that these lower price places are getting older and not the nicest. No glitz and glamor.

the perfect position to stay, funds sensible is the Imperial Palace. completely low-value if all you care about is an section to sleep. that is centrally positioned, right between Harrah's and Flamingo. right for the time of the line from Cesar's. you may want to no longer ask for a more effective perfect locale. So on the fringe of each thing, and enormous taxi provider! The pool, ehhh. The nutrients, ok. yet like I stated, that is ideal interior the approach the strip. you may walk somewhat to 4 corners, right down to Treasure Island. The rooms are common, no extravagance, yet positive beds and delightful team. And hi, when you're in basic terms searching for an section to sleep, close to each of the action and that is less costly the Imperial Palace is a thanks to bypass!
